Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg white to a stiff froth.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add to egg white gradually.
    Fold in pecans.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
    Makes 2 dozen.
