Chicken 'N Que Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. water or white wine
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. lemon juice or vinegar
2 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix in a bowl and let stand at least 1 hour.
Pour over chicken and let stand at least 1 hour or in the refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally.
May also be used to baste the chicken while grilling.
