Breakfast Surprise Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can cherry pie filling (apple or blueberry)
Preparation

Cream the sugar and oleo. Add eggs and cream.
Add flour, vanilla and nuts.
Put 3/4 of the batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread fruit over top of batter.
Drop rest of batter by spoonfuls over cherries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until browned. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or powdered sugar and milk glaze.
