Creamy Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. dry mustard
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. flour
    2 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, mustard, salt and flour.
    Stir dry ingredients into eggs.
    Heat vinegar, water and butter.
    When butter is melted, remove from heat.
    Quickly pour in egg mixture, stirring constantly.
    Return to heat, cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened (about 3 minutes).
    Cool and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
