Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. unpeeled new potatoes
1/2 head whole garlic cloves
1/4 c. chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh rosemary
salt
pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cut the potatoes in halves or quarters and place them in a baking dish with the whole cloves of garlic and onions and a small amount of water.
Toss with rosemary. Cover pan and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the cover and roast for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
