Praline Pecan Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) box Quaker Oat Squares
2 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Combine cereal and pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
Combine corn syrup, sugar and oleo in a 2 cup microwave bowl.
Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes; stir and microwave 1 1/2 minutes until boiling.
Stir in vanilla and soda. Pour over cereal and pecans, stirring to coat evenly.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
Spread on baking sheet to cool. Break into pieces.
