Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn, removed from cob (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
3 whole eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a blender, mix the butter, sugar, flour and salt.
Add eggs, beating well.
Add corn and milk; blend for about 30 seconds.
Pour ingredients into a buttered casserole; bake for 45 minutes.
Stir once halfway through cooking period. When done, a silver knife inserted in center will come out clean.
