Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rounded c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
1/4 c. hot water
1 rounded c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. soda (rounded)
Preparation

Cook sugar, Karo and water until it spins a thread.
Add peanuts. Mixture will be thick and sticky.
Cook until nuts begin to pop.
Take off heat. Add soda and stir.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Shake to spread. Let cool and break into pieces.
