Mexican Skillet Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 (15 oz.) can salt-free tomato sauce
    4 3/4 c. water (2 1/2 tomato sauce cans)
    1/2 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco mix
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
    1/2 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat a 12-inch electric skillet to 350\u00b0.
    Brown turkey in a small amount of oil.
    Remove turkey from pan and drain fat.
    Put turkey back in skillet.
    Add tomato sauce, water, taco mix and instant onion.
    Bring mixture to boiling.
    Add spaghetti.
    Reduce heat to 220\u00b0.
    Simmer, covered, until spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently, about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Serves 6.
