Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. sifted flour
    5 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all the dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Fill greased mini-muffin tins two-thirds full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Batter will keep about 4 weeks in refrigerator.
