Doughnut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and nutmeg.
    In a small bowl, mix together the oil, milk and egg.
    Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
    Drop by teaspoon into deep, hot oil.
    Cook about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain balls on paper towel.
    Roll warm balls in confectioners sugar or mix up confectioners sugar glaze with milk and vanilla extract.
