Italian Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. (approximate) all-purpose flour, divided
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, yeast and Italian seasoning.
    Heat milk, water, butter, sugar and garlic salt just until warm.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Beat in eggs.
    Beat at low speed 1 to 2 minutes. Beat at high speed 3 minutes.
    Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Gradually beat in an additional 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour.
    Turn out onto floured surface.
    Knead in any additional flour needed to make a firm dough.
    Knead until dough is smooth and can be formed into a ball.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk (approximately 45 minutes).
    Punch dough down; let rest 10 minutes.
    Shape into 16 balls.
    Brush tops of balls with a little melted butter and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Place rolls in two greased 8 or 9-inch round baking pans. Cover and let rise until about doubled, 15 minutes or so.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
