Little Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple, drain juice and save
    1/2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Make yellow cake mix according to directions, but instead of water use 1 tablespoon pineapple juice.
    In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and pineapple and put a little in each muffin pan. Pour the cake mixture batter over pineapple mixture, no more than 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Invert at once. Makes 24 muffin cups.
