Lunch Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 English muffins, split and toasted
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/3 c. picante sauce
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1 c. cooked broccoli, chopped
    6 thick slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Set toasted muffins aside.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl.
    Stir lightly.
    Top each muffin half with mixture.
    Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted.
