Pineapple And Coconut Cake Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple (in heavy syrup)
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1 small can coconut (3/4 to 1 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together.
Cook everything, except coconut and vanilla, until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add coconut and vanilla.
This is very good on plain yellow or pineapple layers.
