Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 c.)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. instant rice (Minute)
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    In large skillet saute onion in melted butter until tender. Then add soup and can of water.
    Add thawed broccoli and salt. Adjust seasonings to taste.
    Add Minute rice and mix all together. Pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
