Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick mix, eggs, margarine and vanilla in an electric blender on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour in greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cold.
