Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks
1/3 c. olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag add all ingredients.
Close and shake until potatoes are coated.
Empty potatoes into pan.
Bake forty minutes, stirring once.
