Cinnamon Fruit Biscuit Crunchies - cooking recipe

10 oz. pkg. Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
10 tsp. plum, strawberry, peach or other preserves
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Dip both sides of biscuits in melted margarine, then in sugar mixture.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
With thumb, make deep indentation in center of each roll.
Fill with 1 teaspoon preserves.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm or cool.
Yields 10 rolls.
