Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. soft corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans green chilies or 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 chicken, boiled and boned
Preparation

Mix soup, sour cream and chilies or Ro-Tel.
Grate cheese and keep separate.
Layer in casserole the tortillas, chicken, onion, soups and Monterey cheese.
