Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Drain juices from fruit and add water to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid; set drained fruit aside.
    Bring juices and water to a boil and add to both packages of Jell-O.
    Stir to dissolve well; add sherbet.
    Mix until well blended.
    Chill until slightly thickened; fold in fruit and spoon into a 6 cup mold.
    Chill until set. Unmold on a platter.
    Serves 8 to 10.
