Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, baked
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes; let stand for 5 minutes.
    Combine milk and butter in a 2-cup measure.
    Microwave 1 minute on High to warm milk.
    Cut potatoes in half; scoop out cooked potato into medium bowl.
    Add milk and butter mixture.
    Season with salt and pepper. Beat with mixer until fluffy.
    Serves 6 to 8.
