Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Tear up the bread slices and put in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Brown and drain the sausage and then spoon sausage over bread.
Sprinkle with the grated Cheddar cheese.
Beat together the eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over mixture in the baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
