Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh)
    1/3 to 1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. raw Minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. real mayonnaise
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1/2 to 3/4 c. strong chicken broth
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. cornflakes
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Combine the first 11 ingredients. Put in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with the melted butter, cornflakes and almonds. Heat (loosely covered with foil) at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove foil for the last few minutes and brown top.
