Apple And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples (McIntosh, Cortland or Stayman), peel, core and slice
    2 c. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with Pam or other vegetable spray.
    Place half of the apples and carrots in the dish.
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Sprinkle flour mixture over the apples and carrots. Place remaining apples and carrots in dish.
    Pour orange juice on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Stir once during baking time.
    Put lid on casserole.
    Serve hot. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
