Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini, sliced, cooked and drained
1 grated carrot
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick margarine
1 grated onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Melt the margarine with the stuffing mix.
Add half to the squash, carrots and onion.
Add sour cream and mushroom soup.
Put in buttered casserole with remaining stuffing mix on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
