Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 loaves bread, cubed
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 large can shredded chicken, cooked
Preparation
    Saute oleo, celery and onion in pan.
    Mix all together.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Or, cook in crock-pot on high for 45 minutes or on low for 4 to 8 hours.
