Sauteed Pea Pods - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 tsp. butter
7 oz. pkg. pea pods (if frozen, simmer 1 to 2 minutes and drain)
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in butter for 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add pea pods and saute until golden.
Add water and bouillon.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until pea pods are crisp-tender.
