Creamy Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
4 3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
2 egg yolks, unbeaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine.
Add confectioners sugar and cocoa which have been sifted together.
Add egg yolks and salt.
Cream until thoroughly blended.
Blend in vanilla and milk.
Cream until of spreading consistency.
Yield: frosting for two 8-inch or 9-inch layers.
