Sugar Tacos(Yields 3 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 oz. sifted flour
1 lb. powdered sugar
7 oz. whipping cream
1/2 oz. vanilla extract
8 1/2 oz. clarified butter
12 oz. egg whites

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except flour, together.
Sift the flour and add to the mixture.
Let the mixture set for 3 hours.
