Dakota Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. unsliced bacon, cubed
2 c. fresh corn kernels
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon cubes in a skillet until brown and crisp.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
In a bowl, beat together eggs and corn.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over bacon cubes and cook until eggs are set and lightly browned underneath.
