Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. broth from chicken
enough milk to mix
Preparation

Dough needs to be a little stiff, add extra flour if needed. Sprinkle flat surface with flour.
Pour mixture on top.
This can be rolled out or patted out, then cut in strips or cut out and dropped in chicken broth.
Reduce heat; cover with lid.
Stir a couple of times during cooking, but avoid stirring too often.
