Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boiled potatoes, diced or sliced
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 of large Velveeta
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Garnish with bacon and parsley flakes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
