Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour milk*
    2 c. finely diced zucchini (no skin)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 c. chocolate bits
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
    Beat with mixer.
    Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Beat well.
    Stir in diced zucchini.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with chocolate bits and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
