Master Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. flour
    1 1/4 c. powdered milk
    6 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 lb. shortening
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together, cutting shortening into dry ingredients using a pastry tool or 2 knives until it resembles corn meal.
    Put in plastic bag.
    It will keep in fridge up to 6 months.
