Jalapeno-Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 to 1/2 c. diced jalapeno peppers or 1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 stick melted butter
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8 to 12.
