Gluten Choplets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. gluten flour
    2 to 2 1/2 c. water
    2 rounded tsp. salt
    1 or 2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. Savita
    celery leaves
    onion
    soy sauce
    garlic clove
    water
Preparation
    Lentils need no soaking.
    Bring to a boil 3 cups of salted water and slowly add 1 cup dry lentils so as to not disturb boiling point.
    Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
    Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done.
    If cooked lentils need to be drained, save the liquid to serve as a base for soup, gravy or stew.
    One cup dry lentils yields 2 cups cooked.
