Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. celery (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Dot with 1/2 stick margarine.
    Crush 1 tube Ritz crackers and put on top.
    Bake about 30 minutes or until it begins to bubble.
