Veal Cutlet Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal cutlets
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Dip cutlets in beaten eggs.
    Combine with seasonings, then bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until brown (about 8 minutes). Place cutlets in baking dish. Spread tomato sauce and slices of Mozzarella cheese over them. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4.
