Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, in large chunks
    1 c. bias cut celery
    2 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    1/4 tsp. lemon peel
    salt and pepper to taste
    crisp lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, almonds and minced onion.
    Add mayonnaise, light cream and lemon peel.
    Toss together lightly. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
