Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 large diced onion
    1 stick oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 can Pet milk
    2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Brown onion in oleo.
    Add soup, cheese, celery and milk.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Make layer of rice, broccoli and cheese. Bake in greased casserole at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until broccoli is tender.
