Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    sugar
    milk
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Wash and boil sweet potatoes until done; remove from water. Peel and mash potatoes; add margarine and sweeten to taste.
    Add enough milk until pudding texture.
    Pour in unbaked pie crust and bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is brown.
