Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped dill or chives

Preparation

Wash, peel and slice cucumbers very thin.
Place in glass bowl; sprinkle with salt.
Allow to stand for an hour or so.
Dry the cucumbers on a paper towel.
Stir together the remaining ingredients; pour over cucumbers.
