Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. (1/2 lb.) cooked broccoli
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (from about 1/2 c. uncooked)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. pasteurized processed cheese (Cheez Whiz)
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain broccoli and rice.
    Melt margarine in a large pan.
    Add celery and saute.
    After celery has cooked 5 minutes, add onions. Cook until tender.
    Combine broccoli, rice, soups and cheese in the pan with the celery and onions.
    Mix well until cheese is melted. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
