Potato Flake Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    potato flakes (instant mashed potatoes)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with 1/3 cup oleo.
    Rinse chicken in cold water; roll in potato flakes. Place in baking pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, turning once halfway through baking.
