Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 bananas
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Use iron skillet on low to medium-low heat. Cook until thick and smooth.
    Pour hot pudding mixture over bananas and wafers. Use egg whites for topping.
    In mixing bowl, mix 3 egg whites with 1 tablespoon sugar. Stir until thick.
    Spoon it on top of the pudding.
    Place in oven on broil until light brown on top.
