Beef Tips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef chunks or stew meat
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Line square baking pan with aluminum foil.
Put 1 tablespoon margarine in bottom of pan.
Mix onion soup mix, water and steak sauce together.
Put half of the mixture in the pan.
Add beef chunks.
Put the other half of the mixture on top of beef. Sprinkle mushrooms on top.
Dot with remaining margarine.
Fold foil over top to seal in juices.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
