Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. Softasilk cake flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium size)
2/3 c. finely chopped nuts
1 can vanilla frosting
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two (9-inch) pans.
Mix ingredients, except frosting.
Mix on low speed.
Beat 3 minutes on high.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool.
Frost cake.
