Ingredients

1 lb. baby carrots
2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

In a saucepan, add carrots, butter and water.
Cook until tender.
Drain the liquid off into another saucepan and add honey to liquid.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour honey mixture over carrots and serve.
