Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans salmon
2 eggs
2/3 c. minced onion
2/3 c. flour (maybe a bit more)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Drain salmon; set aside 4 tablespoons juice.
Mix salmon, eggs and onion until sticky.
Stir in flour.
Add baking powder to salmon juice and stir into salmon mixture.
Roll into patties and roll each in cracker crumbs or flour and fry in Crisco until brown.
